How we use it

To calculate your personalised calorie and macro targets, build your meal plans, track your progress, and send reminders you've opted into. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our own servers.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us.
